Brexit and the intrinsic link between single market and trade and competition

Le Monde – Brexit negotiations show the intrinsic link between internal market rules and trade and competition rules: a privileged access to the internal market (with zero tariffs and quantitative restrictions) is subject to UK’s alignement with European norms relating notably to state aids matters, in order to avoid a major risk of dumping.
