Dutch member of EU Parlement, Antonius Manders, recently suggested the introduction of a special ‘fast-track’ procedure at the European Court of Justice, specifically for SMEs (Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises):

This excellent idea would greatly improve the efficiency of trade in the common market for SMEs. It is analogous to one of the points we make in our Hidden Treasures book (2019) (sub-section 1.4.5, at 17).
