Le Monde – The World Trade Organization, in current existential crisis, is looking for a new Director-General. Her/his priority will consist in finding a consensus in a changing world: e-commerce, services trade, China as the second world economic power and environmental issues.
As underlined in Hidden Treasures, the EU is clearly at the forefront for tackling these changes and may thus play an important role at the international level as well.
